Ozone systems from
HK
HK
Laundry's ozone add on system can help your laundry
save on hot water, soap and detergent consumption, and
water. Designed to work effectively in cold water
temperatures and on every type of fabric, IndustrOzone
laundry systems are providing hotels, health care institutions,
restaurants and other commercial facilities with the
cleanest and softest linens possible. The results of
the ozone process are immediate and consistent: a better
quality linen each and every wash, produced safely and
at substantially less cost than traditional systems.

Whiter, Fluffier Linens
that smell clothesline dry!
The difference in the laundry is
definitely in the look, feel and smell. While providing
superior cleaning power, IndustrOzone laundry systems
prevent residue buildup in the weave of the cloth, leaving
fibers naturally soft and resilient.
Reduced Energy Costs
The IndustrOzone process reduces
the laundry operation's hot water usage up to 90 percent,
a significant savings in electricity and natural gas
consumption
Lower Water and Sewer Costs
The fewer washes and rinses
required by the IndustrOzone system equate to a 20 to
40 percent savings in water and sewer costs.
Reduced Labor Hours
Shorter cycles mean less time devoted
to laundry, resulting in reduced labor costs or increased
productivity through reassignment of employees. Implementation
of IndustrOzone's system also eliminates employee complaints
of skin rashes cracking, dryness and insensitivity caused
by harsh soaps, chlorine bleaches and cleaning agents.
Superior Oxidizing and Sterilizing
Agent
Ozone kills bacteria 3,200
times faster than chlorine. Throughout IndustrOzone
wash cycles, ozone destroys viruses, eradicates odors
and removes soil. It is highly reactive and requires
minimal contact time to disinfect, then ozone obliterates
itself. It is far safer than most chemicals used in
commercial laundries.
Environmentally Friendly
IndustrOzone laundry systems conserve
water and energy and use environmentally friendly chemicals,
greatly contributing to the protection of the environment.
Since ozone destroys itself within the laundry system,
it presents no threat to the wastewater stream.
Extended Linen Life
With wash cycles up to 40 percent
shorter and drying times cut up to 20 percent, linens
processed with IndustrOzone's systems look better and
last longer. Ozone cleans faster, without using harsh
chemicals, and drying time is reduced due to improved
extraction. The system uses cold temperatures, avoiding
fabric shrinkage aging and deterioration, caused by
washing in hot water.
The System in Action
IndustrOzone laundry systems inject
the appropriate levels of ozone in cold water throughout
the wash process. Ozone reacts very rapidly, cleaning
by dividing the organic molecules in the water and causing
soils to break away from the fabric and disintegrate.
The oxidation power of ozone sterilizes and deodorizes
more effectively, less expensively and more reliably
than any other bleaching method.
Ozone must be generated on-site
with controlled parameters. IndustrOzone laundry systems
are engineered to provide the highest quality, most
dependable operation with minimal consumer intervention.
IndustrOzone's state-of-the-art
generators incorporate a revolutionary cold plasma corona
discharge technology that enables the creation of high
concentrations of ozone sufficient to achieve constant
saturation of the water.
With an IndustrOzone system, untreated
municipal water moves into a large holding tank. The
circulation pump forces the water from the tank and
through an ozone injection device, where ozone gas produced
by the generator is sucked into the water. The level
of ozone in the water is maintained by the ORP controller.
Following ozonization, the water recycles in the holding
tank until the washer requires water. The system assures
that ozonated water is available for each wash cycle.
IndustrOzone systems are among
the most affordable ozone commercial laundry systems
available. HK is a leader in providing this ozone technology.
