Why use a Water Saving
System?
As fresh water becomes a rare and
costly resource throughout the world, ecological issues
and utility costs continue to be a societal concern.
UniMac's Water Saving System, featured on both our UWPV
and UFPV washer-extractor series, is the laundry solution
that works for the environment as well as the pocketbook.
It simultaneously reduces water consumption and sewer
output by up to 35%.
How Does it Work?
 The
Water Saving System is designed to store water from
the first two rinse stages and utilize it during the
pre-wash and wash stages of the next cycle. The storage
system includes two corrosion resistant poly tanks.
Each has it's own pump that will work individually for
maximum flexibility. On top of each tank there is access
for easy maintenance and servicing.
Not only is UniMac's Water Saving
System an innovative, cost-effective approach to substantially
reducing water and sewer costs, it is also versatile.
It can be purchased either as an integrated feature
on the UF machines, or as an add-on freestanding component
for the UW machines.
